The rules for using this website and its free tools. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.

You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, send spam or false information through the contact form, or copy the site with automated tools in a way that harms it.
Free tools
- The free SEO and marketing tools are provided as they are, at no cost and without sign-up.
- Their results are estimates and guides. For example, pixel widths, scores and calculations approximate how search engines and platforms behave and can differ from what you see live.
- Check any output, such as tags, structured data or robots.txt rules, before you use it on a live website. You are responsible for how you use it.
- I may change, improve or remove tools at any time.
Information on the site
Articles, guides and examples are general information, not advice for your specific situation. Search results depend on many factors outside anyone’s control, including search engine changes and competition, so nothing on this site is a promise of particular rankings, traffic or revenue.
Consulting services
Paid SEO work is agreed in a separate written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, fees and timelines. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to that work.
Content and ownership
The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to Mani Kumar unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with a credit and a link back. Please do not republish whole pages without permission. Anything you create with the free tools is yours to use.
Other names and websites
Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only to describe services. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site and the free tools are provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the tools or the information on it, including lost profits, data or rankings.
Governing law
